Quite bad/overrated. 0 noise isolation and a lot of drunk people screaming is not always a good mix. The beds are not comfortable at all. Also the staff is not that nice, we especially had a problem with a security guy that was clearly aggressive towards

Exceptional hotel/events venue. Greeted with a large open plan lobby with bi-lingual staff on hand 24 hours a day. Large airy rooms with large balconies overlooking the main pool. Customer service staff are outstanding, especially Ellis, who gave us a ful
